LEARN ABOUT Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing. A "universal energy" is transferred through the practitioner's palms to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Typically if there has been physical injury or emotional pain, energy can stagnate in the body. Energy blocks can create mental or even physical illness. Reiki helps to bring the natural flow of energy in our bodies back into balance. With each session, an individual could experience the removal of blockages, accelerated healing, pain reduction, and improvement of other areas of illness.

As a conduit between the universal life force energy and the client, Jasmeen can guide healing energy using Reiki techniques, tools, and other modalities. Becoming Reiki Master, Jasmeen has developed several different services to provide reiki healing for others. Standing on her beliefs that "healing is not one size fits all," she developed unconventional methods in all of her practices, including reiki. Jasmeen has created something unique that will support each individual in their healing needs by utilizing candles, astrology, reiki bells, and singing bowls.

Specializing in Distant Reiki, she can support her clients from anywhere in the world. All Reiki sessions have an optimal healing effect on all levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Before each session, cleansing the sacred space occurs with a combination of rituals, including smudging and prayer. Every Reiki session starts with energy and body cleansing using Sage, Palo Santo, or other herbs. Once the cleanse is complete, the session shifts into a grounding process before performing the desired reiki service. Every Reiki session ends with grounding, chakra balancing, and an ending prayer.
