Astrology Readings:

All payments made for astrology readings are non-refundable. We commit to providing accurate and insightful readings based on the information provided by the client. However, please note that the interpretation of astrological charts and predictions is subjective and based on various factors. Our astrologers put in considerable effort and time to deliver the best possible insights, and therefore, refunds cannot be provided once the service has been rendered.

Reiki Services:

All payments made for reiki services are non-refundable. Our reiki practitioners are trained professionals who dedicate their skills and energy to facilitate healing and relaxation. The effects of reiki may vary from person to person, and individual experiences are subjective. We strive to offer the highest level of care, but refunds cannot be issued once the service has been provided.

Coaching:

All payments made for coaching services are non-refundable. Our coaches are committed to supporting you on your personal or professional journey and providing valuable guidance. Coaching sessions involve time, effort, and expertise on behalf of the coach, and refunds cannot be given once the service has been delivered.

Events:

All payments made for events, including workshops, seminars, or group sessions, are non-refundable. We invest significant resources and make arrangements based on the number of participants. Cancellations or no-shows affect the overall logistics and planning of the event. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for event registrations.

Candles and Merchandise:

All purchases made for Chiron candles and House of Chiron merchandise are non-refundable. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable emergencies, House of Chiron may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such request must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team within 24 hours of the service or event. We will review each request with due diligence and fairness.

Please note that gift certificates, prepaid packages, or memberships are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
